Welcome to Rosie! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rosie AI family assistant service (the "Service") operated by GHP Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Rosie, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By messaging Rosie or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rosie is an AI-powered family assistant that allows you to:

• Manage a shared family calendar via text message, WhatsApp, or email
• Receive event reminders (night-before and day-of)
• Extract event details from photos of school flyers, invitations, and other documents
• Track family activities, deadlines, and schedules
• Receive weekly calendar summaries and updates

3. User Accounts

Your Rosie account is created when you first message the service. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your phone number or linked accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Rosie, including calendar events, photos, and messages. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Rosie for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. AI-Generated Content

Rosie uses artificial intelligence to process your requests and manage calendar information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing calendar entries, reminders, and other information provided by Rosie.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By messaging Rosie via SMS, you agree to the following:

• Standard message and data rates may apply
• Message frequency varies based on your usage and calendar activity
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all messages at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance
• Messages may include: event confirmations, reminders, calendar summaries, and conversational responses

You consent to receive text messages from Rosie by initiating a conversation with the service. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

8. Shared Family Features

Rosie allows you to share calendar information with family members. By inviting family members to your shared calendar, you acknowledge that they will be able to view and modify shared calendar events. You are responsible for managing who has access to your shared family calendar.

9. Intellectual Property

The Rosie name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GHP Labs LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHP LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ROSIE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHP Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Rosie at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using Rosie at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us to delete your account.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of Rosie after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
